Charmes also uses Kwettr tools to communicate his pre-save: a Direct Message Campaign on Instagram boosts traffic to Spotify. He enters this data in the weekly promotional pitch sheets and Spotify is notified about the pre-save and the promotional efforts. New Charmes releases get featured on playlists.
