Yes, you have full access to all data, 24/7. You can update the Kwettr system as often as you like.

By using our services we collect personal data, we only collect the following data: – E-mailadres – Name of Twitter or Instagram account (We only collect the name of the account, no login details)

Special and or sensitive personal data we collect

We do not have the intention to collect data from website visitors below 16 years of age, unless their parents or legal guardian allows approve. However, we can’t check if a visitor is 16 years of age or older. We advise parents to be aware of the online activities of their children, to prevent companies collecting data of their children without permission. To what purpose do we collect personal data

Kwettr processes your personal data for the following goals: – To deliver a product via email Example: you post a tweet in return for a song. You receive an email containing a download link to the song. Kwettr collects personal data commissioned by Customer of Kwettr. A Customer of Kwettr is a person or company that uses the website of Kwettr (www.digitalpopupstores.com) to give away products in return for tweets, likes, snaps or Instagram follows. Example: you visit www.digitalpopupstores.com/blackholerecordings/store and you post a tweet / leave an email address. Kwettr sends you an email and we collect the email address for Black Hole Recordings. Customer of Kwettr only has the right to use your email address to send a newsletter.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Kwettr does not sell your data to third parties; the Customer of Kwettr is the only party that receives your email address and account name of Twitter and / or Instagram. Kwettr and Customer have a Data Processing Agreement to ensure that Customer offers the same level of confidentiality as Kwettr does. Customer of Kwettr does not have the right to sell or otherwise transfer your data to any third party.

Automated decision making

Kwettr does not make any decisions made based on automated processing that can have a (considerable) impact for individuals. This means decisions made by computer programs or systems without human interference (f.e. from a Kwettr employee).

How long do we store your personal data

At the end of each contract term between Kwettr and Customer, Kwettr deletes all collected data. In case you don’t want Kwettr to transfer your email address and Twitter or Instagram name to Customer, you can notify us via email on info@kwettr.com. In that case we will make sure that your data is deleted within 72 hours and will not be transferred to Customer.


Kwettr uses analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone, placed at your first visit of our website.
